JOHN HOLL is a journalist covering the beer industry. He’s the author of several books including The American Craft Beer Cookbook. He is the host of the Drink Beer, Think Beer Podcast and co-host of Steal This Beer, a podcast. He is a contributing editor to Wine Enthusiast and his work has appeared in the New York Times, Washington Post, Wall Street Journal and more.
